Client Support Manager

As a Client Support Manager, you will play a key role as part of the Hymix Executive Team, leading our client support function and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional service and seamless experiences for our customers.

About the role:

• Lead and manage a team of Allocators and Client Support Agents, providing coaching, guidance, and ongoing development
• Drive strategies that deliver exceptional customer service and support across all client touchpoints
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns
• Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of all client interactions and transactions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and service delivery while partnering with internal stakeholders to implement enhancements
• Contribute to business performance through strong leadership, collaboration, and customer-focused decision making

About you:

• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong analytical capability
• Able to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service, client support, or a related field (minimum 3 years)
• Experience in the construction or building materials industry (highly regarded but not essential)
