Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and coordinate project management, technical services, and external resources for optimal execution.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Uphold our Safety-First value, ensuring adherence to our HSW framework.
• Provide expert knowledge to support project teams, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
• Manage design and consultant teams, overseeing project briefs, scopes, fees, claims, deliverables, and variations.
• Develop and integrate design, authority, procurement, and delivery programs.
• Oversee project delivery from inception to completion, maintaining timelines and budgets.
• Lead project teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic KPIs.
• Maintain and update project plans throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Maintain robust quality systems and standards.
• Lead meetings, provide contextual information, and conduct analyses.
• Engage in risk management and mitigation efforts.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Manage project changes, ensuring progress and formalization.
• Ensure approved handover documentation is provided promptly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, architecture, design, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in client-side project management.
• Strong background in health, education, and aviation sectors is a plus.
• Exceptional project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in feasibility studies, procurement processes, and budgeting.
• Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
