Clinic Coordinator

The Dental Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinic Coordinator to join our growing team. The Dental Group includes the Sydney Implant Institute, the Dental Lounge and Dental 99. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our dental practice, ensuring an efficient and productive environment that promotes quality patient care. You will collaborate closely with our dental professionals and support staff to enhance workflow, optimise patient experiences, and drive overall practice performance.

Your exceptional leadership skills will help create a positive workplace culture, fostering teamwork and motivation among staff members while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dental practice

• Degree in healthcare management or related field
• Proven experience as a practice manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite
