Clinic Coordinator and Front of House | New Clinic, Adelaide Eastern Suburbs | $35 to $50 per hour

Every clinic says front of house is important. In this one it decides whether the place works, because the entire client experience runs through it.

A new cosmetic and skin clinic opens in Adelaide's eastern suburbs before Christmas. Three treatment rooms, a cosmetic nurse and a skin therapist, and one person holding it all together at the front. That is this role. You are the first voice a client hears, the person who fills the diary, and the one who keeps the day running.

If you have been the reliable one at the front of a busy clinic and never quite been handed the reins, this is that step.

What you would be doing

• Front of house, greeting clients and setting the tone for the clinic
• Owning the diary. Bookings, rebookings and the waitlist, and keeping the treatment rooms full
• Converting enquiries across phone, email and social into booked appointments
• Handling packages, pre pays and payments
• Acting as the day to day contact for the external marketing and social media team
• Keeping stock, records and the general running of the clinic in order

What you need

• Experience in an aesthetics, skin, dental or medical practice front of house or coordinator role
• Confident on clinic booking software and comfortable owning a diary
• Strong on the phone and in person. This is a clinic where clients expect a certain standard
• Organised enough to run the admin without being asked, and commercially aware enough to treat a gap in the diary as a problem to solve
• A skin or beauty therapy background is a real advantage if you are looking to move off the tools

The practical detail

• $35 to $50 per hour depending on experience, with the top of the band for someone who has coordinated or managed a clinic before
• Full time, Wednesday to Sunday. Wednesday 9 to 5, Thursday and Friday 9 to 7, Saturday 9 to 5, Sunday 10 to 5
• Start mid October to early November, ahead of the launch
• Genuine progression. There is a second clinic in planning and an intention to grow to four or five
