About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Clinic Manager to join our team at Envision Medical Imaging on a full-time basis, supporting the WA Operation's Manager in ensuring the safe, efficient, and successful operation of our Wembley clinic. 

We are seeking a passionate individual dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and eager to expand their leadership capabilities by supporting and mentoring a team of high-performing professionals.


About You

You are committed to maintaining high standards in everything you do, consistently delivering excellent customer service and patient care. Additionally, you possess:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to work collaboratively and delegate tasks as necessary.
• A drive for continual improvement and a proactive approach to creating positive change.
• A clinical background in medical imaging is strongly desired.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinics, including productivity, compliance, development, and customer service.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager, Modality Leads, and Radiologists to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient services, encompassing quality assurance, equipment maintenance, stock control, rostering, timecard management, and reporting.
• Drive on-site engagement and retention activities, organise professional development opportunities, act as an escalation point for the clinic, and participate in recruitment processes.
• Maintain an operational workload (technical or administrative) while upholding professional standards of patient care, customer service, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
