We look forward to welcoming a dynamic team manager, “mum of the clinic” with an ambitious, imaginative and can-do vision for further expansion, more VIP events and best possible experience for patients. You will have a full autonomy to run and manage.
You must be a good, caring organiser, communicator, give fantastic customer service to clients, and enjoy helping doctors.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cosmetic/medical centre to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Practice development, achievement of business goals and continual optimisation practice efficiency through effective scheduling and resource management.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clients/patients to maintain a high standard of care.
Develop and implement practice policies and procedures.
Handle patient complaints and feedback, new patients onboarding and selection, ensuring a positive patient experience.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, marketing, billing, and payroll.
Maintain accurate medical records and confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, staff development and
performance evaluation.
Administrative support of owner, doctors, growth activities, including VIP events, educational events for other doctors/nurses, executive health checks.
Ensuring the clinic is running smoothly and successful.
Ongoing and up to date awareness of the most efficient management of the interface with medicare and healthcare guidelines and initiatives.
Hold a capacity for ongoing initiative in driving the growth and development of the practice with reference to the usual KPIs relevant to general practice service delivery and business success.
