We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator (RN) to join our team Monday to Friday 0700 - 1530 Hrs.  

Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager you will be well supported in leading your team.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

• Experience in working in a similar leadership position in Residential Aged Care.
• Supervisory Experience.
• Strong communication skills and documentation practice.
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Excellent understanding of care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation
• Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Experience with iCare or similar
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Current Police Check
• Current Vaccinations in accordance with Government requirements.
