Join a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional support to older Australians and people with disabilities. As the Clinical Customer Care Manager, you’ll lead and mentor the Customer Care team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred services are delivered in line with NDIS standards.

• Embedding clinical best practices across the team and supporting ongoing professional development.

• Developing tailored support plans through in-depth assessments that meet each customer's unique needs.

• Ensuring services meet NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards and compliance requirements.

• Driving continuous improvement through data insights, feedback, and process enhancements.

• Supporting business growth by contributing to service innovation and strategic goals.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Solid understanding of the Home Care environment or other health-related services.
• Experience in a customer-focused service business. Confidence in engaging stakeholders and building external partnerships.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a broader team. Event or marketing experience (e.g. attending expos or community events) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Current APHRA registration with no conditions • Diploma of Nursing
