The role:

In this role you will join a diverse Clinical Education team andbe responsible for developing and delivering educational programsto clinical and non-clinical staff that work in a 24/7 environmentin our Goulburn and Bundanoon regions. To achieve this you will useyour creative skills through various clinical learning strategiesand support career pathway programs that lead into the future needsof our organisation.

To be successful you will need: 

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with theAustralian Health Practice Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment orequivalent
• Demonstrated experience in developing, delivering andevaluating training programs and quality improvementinitiatives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbaland written) with the ability to coach, mentor and supportstaff
• Experience in ensuring compliance to aged care standardsand regulations
• Excellent time management, organisational skills andprioritisation in order to complete tasks with competingdeadlines
• Commitment to on-going professional and career developmentopportunities
