Clinical Nurse/ RN Supervisor

• Undertake comprehensive clinical care assessments and deliver appropriate person centred care;
  


• Be responsible for implementing clinical standards and oversee medication management;
  


• Have demonstrated knowledge of Accreditation Standards and ACFI/ANAC requirements and prepare and complete required Audits;
  


• Promote a positive and collaborative culture; and have
  


• Experience with Dementia care and Palliative care.
  
  

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in a senior RN/RN supervisor role, preferably in Aged Care.
  


• Hold current AHPRA Registration;
  


• Strong clinical documentation, communication and time management skills;
  


• The ability to build good working relationships and be a key member of a supportive team;
  


• Demonstrated ability to mentor new and developing staff, previous experience in educating existing and new staff.
  


• Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, Dementia Care.
