Key responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care, uphold hospital standards, and apply infection control protocols.


• Perform accurate patient assessments and manage acute situations confidently.


• Lead patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care.


• Support the clinical development of the nursing team and collaborate with the Unit Manager on training programs.

Ideal candidate:

• Current AHPRA registration


• 3 year's experience working within Urology (within a Theatre setting)


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Proven experience and understanding of accreditation processes, clinical performance indicators, and quality improvement projects.
