About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our digital health service operations. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, managing clinical and administrative staff, maintaining meticulous financial and medical records, optimising patient experience, and driving business development and expansion efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine efficient systems to improve service operations and facilitate expansion.
• Contribute to projects aimed at expanding digital health services while ensuring governance, quality, and safety standards.
• Oversee clinical and non-clinical administrative staff, both locally and internationally, ensuring compliance with Australian laws and regulations.
• Manage relationships with doctors and clinics, fostering business development by sourcing and training new doctors and attracting and retaining patients in the myeden platform.
• Source, procure, implement, and manage relationships with service support software vendors, leading health platform development with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or business administration or another relevant field.
• 3+ years’ experience in medical office management. Previous experience in a management and/or high-level practice administrative position.
• Good knowledge of medical terminology with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in financial management, accounting systems and reporting processes.
