Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming healthcare? At IQVIA, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Clinical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of cutting-edge clinical trials that bring new therapies to patients faster. This is your chance to make a real difference—while working with global teams, innovative technologies, and world-class clients.

We regret to inform that we are unable to consider candidates requiring sponsorship to work in Australia.

This is also a 12-months opportunity with renewal/conversion subjected to business needs. Please only apply if you are comfortable with this arrangement.

 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Clinical Project Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of clinical trial execution—managing timelines, budgets, and quality across regional or global studies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage directly with clients, and ensure every milestone is met with precision and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials in line with contracts and regulatory standards (ICH-GCP, local laws)
  • Develop and implement integrated study management plans with core project teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor project performance, manage risks, and drive resolution of issues
  • Ensure financial success through accurate forecasting, budget control, and scope management
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Represent IQVIA in bid defenses and client meetings, showcasing our capabilities and solutions

 What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (required)
  • Experience: minimum  5+ years in clinical research, including 2+ years in project management
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and therapeutic areas such as Healthy Volunteer
  • Skills:
    • Leadership and team management
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Financial acumen and contract management
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 Why Join IQVIA?

  • Work on impactful projects that improve lives globally
  • Collaborate with brilliant minds across geographies and cultures
  • Access cutting-edge tools and data-driven solutions
  • Grow your career with continuous learning and development opportunities
  • Be part of a company that values innovation, ownership, and client focus
