About the Role
You will provide support to the Pathology Clinical Trials business unit.  The main duties of this role are to assist with the set-up of clinical trials and research activities within the Pathology department and process and manage clinical trials and contract pathology specimens. 

• Provide support to the Pathology Clinical Trials business unit to manage the revi ew of research protocols, provision of quotations for pathology services for clinical trials, research projects and contract pathology and assistance with co-ordination of services for same

• Coordinate the management and processing of shipments for Clinical Trials send out specimens 

• Provide support with assessment and costing of trials, research projects and contract pathology 

Classifications for this position will range from classification range ($59,207- $61,692 per annum).

Your Contribution
• A Diploma in Science or in Applied Science (Medical Laboratory), or equivalent qualification or relevant Bachelor’s degree in science  
• Demonstrated skills in communication and problem solving 

• High level computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office  
• Ability to work independently and prioritise work
