Club Attendant - Opportunity to Make a Difference

As our Club Attendant, you will be the face of Easts, displaying confidence, positivity, and enthusiasm, whilst ensuring our members and guests receive exceptional customer service. This role involves a mixture of Bar, Gaming and Reception also includes a variety of weekdays and nights, weekends and public holidays.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide drink and food service behind the bar & café areas 
• Provide information on club activities 
• Work with poker machines, TAB and KENO.
• Meet and greet members and guests on arrival and departure
• Promote our brand and promotions
• Check membership cards and enforce Club by-laws and entry requirements
• Handle internal and external calls
• Initiate membership sign up and renewals

Skills and experience that are highly desirable:

• Outstanding communication skills
• A professional and friendly telephone manner
• Exceptional presentation and grooming
• Display competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Current RSA & RCG Photo Competency Card
