Are you the ultimate host who loves to provide dynamic service? The Melbourne Marriott Docklands Hotel is looking for you - people who can really influence our guests' stay. We embrace associates who embody our brand’s modern and sophisticated personality.
Responsibilities include:
Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests in the Executive Lounge
Warmly welcome and serve our guests
Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience
Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations
About You:
A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor
Personable communication skills
Availability to work weekends
Energising motivation - its infectious - no job is too big or too small
A passion for the industry, a want to be the best in service
Availability to work shifts from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
A current RSA Certificate is required
