About the role:

• Competently operate Beam Saw, Edge Bander and CNC Flat Bed Router
• Competently operate Biesse Rover CNC Edge Banding Machine
• Use BSolid software to program and operate CNC machines
• Machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Reading plans and work shop drawings
• Product inspection and quality checking 
• Use machinery and hand tools unsupervised and efficiently
• Identify ways to improve systems or processes
• General duties

About the person we would like to join our team:

• Motivated, reliable team player who is willing to learn and develop
• Previous experience in cabinet making or furniture making industry with extensive understanding of production processes is a strong advantage
• Trade qualified or relevant experience in factory-based CNC Machining
• Physically fit and able to complete repetitive manual handling tasks
• Attention to detail whilst multitasking in a busy environment
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• Willing to follow safety guidelines including wearing personal protective equipment to keep yourself and your team safe
• Own Transport
