Glencore employs over 145,000 people operates around 150 operating mining and processing sites, oil production assets and agricultural facilities in over 35 RoleThe Leading Hand is responsible for providing guidance to the workshop team and following processes/procedure as directed by your will be responsible for:Providing guidance to the workshop team and following processes/procedure as directed by your SupervisorCarrying out Welding activities using FCAW, GTAW, MIG & MMAW welding processesConsulting with peers to ensure all fabrication and welding is carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with specificationsCompletion of relevant preventative maintenance tasks across our complex process plantAssisting in the completion of breakdown and shutdown maintenance as required.About YouThis role would suit a coded welder with leading hand exposure who is looking for long-term job security in a thriving team environment.
