Position Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding on-site servicing and repair of high-end coffee machines from homes to commercial settings.

• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and installation of advanced espresso and grinder systems.

• Deliver customer-focused service, acting as both technician and brand ambassador problem-solver, advisor, and coffee connoisseur.

• Record service diagnostics and parts usage with precision and efficiency.
