Davidson recruitment is seeking a highly organised and motivated Property Administrative & Operational Specialist to join a large State Government department. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the efficient management of our property portfolio.

• Analyse property and financial data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic portfolio management
• Be the primary point of contact for managing property debt recovery, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain property portfolio reports, systems, and processes within the iSpace database
• Foster strong relationships to deliver exceptional client service and financial information
• Coordinate the distribution of internal aged debt reports for further action
• Locate and provide updated tenant contact details to the Finance Team

About You

• Experience in property management or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (experience with iSpace a plus)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy\
