- Analyse property and financial data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic portfolio management
- Be the primary point of contact for managing property debt recovery, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain property portfolio reports, systems, and processes within the iSpace database
- Foster strong relationships to deliver exceptional client service and financial information
- Coordinate the distribution of internal aged debt reports for further action
- Locate and provide updated tenant contact details to the Finance Team
About You
- Experience in property management or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (experience with iSpace a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy\
