As a Collections Officer reporting to the Team Leader, you'll take on diverse responsibilities, including:

Assisting clients in regaining control of their finances by recovering overdue consumer and commercial accounts, especially those over 60 days past due.

Empathetically negotiating and monitoring manageable payment plans that help customers meet their obligations.

Utilizing your problem-solving skills to conduct skip tracing activities as needed, ensuring a comprehensive approach to account recovery.

Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address client concerns and develop effective solutions.

Please note that you'll work within a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 7pm, on a four-week rotating roster. This opportunity allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in your role as a Collections Officer.
