Combo Operator

We’re looking for an experienced combo operator  ( pozi - excavator - truck ) who takes pride in their work, their machine, and their crew.

The Role

You’ll:

• Operate excavators across subdivisions, roadworks, and bulk earthworks


• Read plans, follow GPS models, and work with precision


• Keep your machine clean, maintained, and ready to go


• Work closely with a reliable crew to get projects done safely and efficiently


• Step up when needed, no passengers here

What You’ll Get

• $40–$43/hr + super (depending on experience)


• Paid overtime and occasional weekend work

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience operating equipment form pozitrack - excavators - truck across all aspects of civil works - bulk and detailed earthworks, pipe laying, clearing, and trimming


• Valid RIIs for Excavator and Posi


• Construction White Card


• Strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency


• Pride in your workmanship and care for your equipment
