Commercial Analyst

You'll join a business that is growing across North America, the UK, Europe, and SE Asia and you'll help shape the commercial thinking that powers that expansion.
Hours are generally 8am to 4.30pm with some flexibility around start / finish and there is parking on-site. You'll work collaboratively with the senior leadership team onsite - where all key decisions are made

The Role

Reporting to the CFO with daily interaction with the SLT, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting the numbers to the strategy, analysing business performance across multiple areas, identifying opportunities, and ensuring commercial decisions are backed by data and insight.

Your days will be a mix of modelling, forecasting, budgets, problem-solving and partnering with real visibility at the most senior level.

In this role, you will:

• Develop customised financial and economic models to assess capital costs, revenue, cashflow and profitability.
• Prepare short and long-term budgets and forecasts, supporting business planning and performance tracking.
• Analyse profitability, revenue, pricing and cost of goods sold, helping to guide pricing strategies and commercial decisions.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess the financial viability of new opportunities and business cases.
• Support contract and pricing discussions to ensure sustainable commercial outcomes.
• Drive efficiencies, monitor margins, and help maintain a strong link between Finance and Operations.
• Deliver clear, insightful reporting that supports informed decision-making across the business.

About You

You're a commercially minded finance professional who's just as comfortable in Excel as you are in conversation with every level of an organisation. You love working across the business, getting close to operations, understanding how things work, and using data to tell the story behind performance.

You'll bring:

• CA or CPA qualification
• Advanced Excel with strong financial modelling ability
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills
• Curiosity to understand the full business and drive commercial outcomes
