The Role

• As the Commercial Analyst, you will partner with key stakeholders across finance, operations, and leadership to provide meaningful analysis that supports strategic and day-to-day decision-making.
• Deliver commercial reporting, analysis, and insights to help drive profitability, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities, including variance analysis and performance tracking.
• Analyse sales, margins, costs, and inventory trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and models that provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and support better commercial outcomes.
• Contribute to business case development, scenario modelling, and ad hoc analysis for key projects and initiatives.
• Help translate complex data into practical recommendations that leaders can use to make informed decisions.

About You

• You have prior experience in a Commercial Analyst, Finance Analyst, or similar business partnering role, ideally within manufacturing, supply chain, FMCG, or a product-based environment.
• You bring strong analytical capability and are confident working with financial data, commercial reporting, and performance analysis.
• You are comfortable partnering with stakeholders across different functions and can communicate insights in a clear and practical way.
• You have strong Excel skills and experience using ERP systems, BI tools, or reporting platforms.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and where your work has real commercial impact.
• You're naturally curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to understand what is driving business performance.
• You combine strong technical capability with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
