Operating for more than three decades, the firm has built a loyal client base spanning individuals through to corporations, and is now expanding its footprint into Caringbah.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine opportunity to take on city grade legal work without the city commute. You will work directly alongside a Partner who is a Law Society of NSW Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation, taking carriage of a varied commercial and litigation caseload from the firm's Sutherland Shire office.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Assist with and take carriage of commercial transactions, including business acquisitions, sales, leasing and corporate matters
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Run commercial, property and estate litigation matters
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Draft pleadings, advices, agreements and correspondence to a high standard
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Manage client relationships and matters with increasing autonomy over time
  
  

  
  

About You

• 
  

  Admitted as a solicitor in NSW with a current practising certificate
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  At least 3 to 5 years' post admission experience across commercial transactions and litigation (more senior candidates are encouraged to apply)
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Sound technical knowledge and strong drafting skills
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently while taking direction from a supervising partner
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Sharp attention to detail and sound commercial judgement
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  A connection to or familiarity with the Sutherland Shire would be highly regarded
