Commercial and Property Lawyer - Unlimited Growth Potential

Our client is well organised with an experienced Practice Manager supporting the team. The legal leaders have decades of experience in the local market and they are happy to share their time and develop those around them. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial & Property Lawyer to join a well-established firm. 

This role will be centred around property and commercial matters that include:  

• Purchase & sale of business
• Assisting developer clients with their residential, commercial, and industrial projects. 
• Drafting commercial agreements (joint ventures & partnerships), guarantees & security documents
• Business structuring
• Advice on legislative requirements
• Advice on the protection of commercial assets
• Negotiating terms of leases (including rent, transfer options, duration, exit & renewal options)  

This is a junior to intermediate role and will suit candidates with at least 2 Years PAE. 

We are seeking candidates with commercial backgrounds who are either ready to be mentored by a successful Senior Associate or who are looking for a strong senior practitioners to collaborate with.

We are seeking candidates with:

• 2 to 8 years' PAE.
• A desire to be an integral member of a strong and cohesive team who work well together.
• Background in commercial and property matters. 
• Practical and client focused problem solving and research skills.
• A natural ability to build strong client relationships.
