Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Banker/Broker to join our team. As a Commercial Banker/Broker , you will play a crucial role in handling the complex and commercial lending needs of our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and access all leads provided by the brokerage group. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide expert advice on commercial lending solutions.
• Assess clients' financing needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate loan applications and ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry contacts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial banking or brokering.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending products, policies, and procedures.
• Proven track record of success in managing complex commercial lending transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Accreditation with industry bodies such as the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) or the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) is advantageous.
