Position Type: Casual, Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $30 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Sanitize and maintain restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
• Dispose of waste in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Preserve cleanliness in common areas like lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, reporting any shortages promptly.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Report maintenance issues or necessary repairs to management promptly.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal oversight.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering top-notch results.
• Effective communication skills and a capacity to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina and capability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional weekends as necessary.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is preferred.
