Commercial Finance Manager - Start Immediately

They are currently seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join the Finance team; it will be someone who is adaptable, competitive and thrives when working with others.  

ABOUT THE ROLE
  
Reporting directly into the Head of Finance, this role is a conduit between Finance and all other divisions across the business. The successful candidate will be instrumental in strategic decision-making, and will provide detailed insights across all teams. They will communicate effectively and efficiently with all types of minds, from the creatives to the highly-structured and process-driven. This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Analyst, FP+A Analyst or Finance Business Partner to take the next step in their career. 
  
DUTIES

• Take a lead on business partnering with finance, sales, tech, IT and operational stakeholders alike
• Responsible for P&L and data insights
• Deliver insightful analysis to support key strategic decisions 
• Oversee and deliver effective month end processes 
• Budgets and forecasts to support commercial outcomes
• Maximise systems utilisation across the business
• Drive process improvements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Advanced operational finance business partnering skills
• 3 + years business partnering or analysis experience with different teams, preferably from an FMCG or similar fast-paced environment 
• High level of commercial acumen and people-skills
• CA or CPA qualification
• Confident with systems and process-improvement
