Commercial Lawyer

The Role 
We are looking for Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years + PQE to join our Commercial team.  

In this role you will be working on a variety of complex matters across a broad portfolio of clients.  You can expect to have a diverse experience where you will be exposed to litigation, corporate advisory and transaction work (e.g. M&A), general commercial advice and contracting and construction.

• experience in commercial litigation required;
• passion and deep understanding of business and commercial strategy;

• excellent written and verbal communication;
• strong research and drafting skills;
• strong computer skills. Experience in Smokeball preferred;
• current practising certificate.

You will work closely with the Principal and senior staff members of the firm to deliver outstanding services to our clients. 

Salary package will be negotiated based on experience. Strong consideration will be given to applicants with an existing client base.
