About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Team Lead to play a critical role in supporting our Pharmacy Operations Manager. Our Commercial Team Lead will be responsible for managing team administration, reporting insights to our Pharmacy Operations Manager and improving business processes. This role will provide vital support to our expanding team by overseeing consignment approvals, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining our CRM.

Responsibilities

• Review pharmacy sales data, monitor product performance, and assess the impact of new launches to provide actionable insights and implement data-driven improvements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams and providing regular updates on performance.
• Assist with overseeing our Pharmacy team in support of our Pharmacy Operations Manager.
• Act as our point of escalation for customer and client enquiries.

Experience

• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
• Experience in sales forecasting and market trend analysis is preferable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience with CRM maintenance and consignment reporting is preferable.
• Demonstrated ability to improve business processes and drive efficiency is preferable.
• Support the Pharmacy Operations Manager with administrative tasks.
