Your new role
An opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a high-performing Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. You will work closely with senior lawyers on a range of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, with increasing responsibility and direct interaction with clients commensurate with experience.
Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with, and progressively running, litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Drafting pleadings, submissions, affidavits and correspondence
• Preparing matters for hearings, mediations and other dispute resolution processes
• Engaging directly with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders
• Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers (Senior Associate level)
• Contributing to the consistent delivery of high-quality, practical outcomes

Has a strong interest in complex commercial disputes and litigation strategy

Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills

Brings a commercial and solutions-focused mindset to contentious matters

(Senior Associate level) is comfortable taking greater ownership of matters and supporting junior development
