Commercial Maintenance Plumber

Our client is a well-established national company servicing both Government and Commercial clients through their group of businesses.

We are currently recruiting for permanent full-time Maintenance Plumbers for around Sydney. A lot of their works would be around Parramatta, the inner west and city.

Main responsibilities will be to:

• Coordinate, troubleshoot, repair, inspect & maintain Plumbing equipment
  




• Performing preventative maintenance inspections & repairs to facilities
  




• Installation of new Plumbing fixtures
  




• Coordinate with sub-contractors and client’s representatives
  

Requirements

To be considered for this position:

• Be a qualified plumber (min cert 3), at least 3+ years post apprenticeship experience
  




• Strong attention to detail, able to work to deadlines whilst upholding WHS standards
  




• TMV , Backflow, Confined space and EWP tickets desirable but not essential
  




• A valid driver’s license
  




• Permanent full-time working rights for Australia only
