We are looking for a Commercial Manager – Supply Chain and Marketing to join our Finance team on a permanent, full-time basis in North Sydney.

About the role

As Commercial Manager – Supply Chain and Marketing, you’ll partner with Group Marketing, Supply, R&D, and Logistics teams to deliver analysis, insights, and commercial advice that drive superior performance. You’ll play a key role in supporting business transformation, providing actionable recommendations, and maximising opportunities across our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver analysis and insights to support Group Marketing & Supply Chain priorities.
• Provide commercial and financial business partnership as an independent subject matter expert.
• Support performance processes and recommend mitigation strategies to close gaps.
• Participate in A&P investment processes, challenging and supporting spend optimisation.
• Drive commercial support for NPD gate processes and contract/capex requests.
• Monitor and report on finances, including expense budgets, capital expenditure, costing, pricing, and profitability.
• Research and report on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.

About you

• 3–5 years’ experience in analyst, reporting, or accounting roles.
• Accounting degree or major in accounting; CPA/CA qualified.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel modelling and strong ERP/BI system knowledge.
• Ability to work under broad direction, self-initiate, and meet deadlines.
• Can-do attitude, attention to detail, and ability to inspire change.
