Commercial Property Administrator

About the role:

Working with one of Australia's most well-known and reputable real estate agencies, you will be supporting 2 agents in all administration functions. On the job training is provided, working alongside some of the most successful commercial agents in the country. 

Duties:

• Organise and manage property marketing activities
• Manage the entire contracts administration process from offer through to settlement
• Manage internal and external stakeholder communication 
• Documentation preparation i.e. Commercial Tenancy Agreements, Information Memorandums
• Preparation and implementation of Sales Campaigns

The skills and experience required for this role: 

• 2+ years experience in a senior administration role
• Current Real Estate Salesperson Registration or willingness to obtain 
• High attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suites
