A great opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager looking for something different and exciting in the commercial market. 

Based in a lovely part of Melbourne's CBD, this role will oversee a small commercial portfolio of 114 tenancies consisting of mainly retail and office dwellings. Working closely with the Director within this boutique company means you will have an opportunity to grow the business if you desire, and have a hunger to do this well.  

Experience as a Commercial Property Manager is essential and this role would be ideal for those who are wanting a more intimate, boutique environment. The portfolio is a high end one and has been extremely well looked after by the Commercial Property Manager of 10 years who is regrettably leaving the industry.

The office provides a great, professional, friendly and flexible environment and the opportunity to grow and learn within the company through training, development and networking opportunities.  They allow the Property Manager to work TWO days from home, and there is a 2nd office in Somerton you can work in if this location suits you better.

A thorough handover and training will be provided to the successful candidate, with the ideal start date being mid July.
