THE ROLEReporting to the MD, the Commercial Property Manager oversees properties across Brisbane Northside and Moreton Bay Region.. You manage diverse commercial properties, ensuring efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and value. Strong organizational and communication skills are key for maintaining standards and relationships.
Responsibilities - Manage varied commercial properties.
- Foster tenant relationships, handle renewals and expansions.
- Govern lease agreements and resolve issues.
- Support property maintenance with safety compliance.
- Budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.
- Regular client updates and responsive communication.
