Seeking an experienced Commercial PM to work with a leading commercial agency. Our client has an excellent industry reputation, along with providing an exceptional work environment for their team. They have a low turn over and are now looking to add a new staff member to the business due to growth ongoing growth in 2024.
The Position - Manage a portfolio of mixed-use properties predominantly commercial with some industrial and retail
- Management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants, and buyers.
- Analysis of market rents and research for credible and informed advice to customers.
- Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations, and refurbishments.
- Prospecting for new business.
- Carrying out inspections, marketing, and listing of all new properties.
The Criteria - Minimum 3 years experience as a Commercial Property Manager, managing a portfolio of commercial properties.
- Current Real Estate Registration
- You will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to each of your clients.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills (extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel)
- Experience with Cirrus8 advantageous
- Willing to learn, and have the right attitude and drive
