Commercial Property Manager | SOUTH EAST | $100K OTE

Our client is a specialist commercial property management agency in one of Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs. This is a well known brand managing commercial office buildings, retail sites and industrial dwellings in the local area.

There is a now an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their highly successful team (a comprehensive job description can be provided on request).

This role is Monday to Friday only and hours are negotiable to allow for traffic and personal circumstances and commitments.  There is the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week if you should desire to do so.

A very generous base salary is on offer, plus commissions (a detailed break down of the commission structure can be provided on request to those who meet the selection criteria)

Portfolio size varies between 140 – 170 tenancies, dependant on experience and salary expectations. Laptop and phone provided, and off street parking. Fantastic support is offered to the Property Managers including an assistant, and trust accountant.
