You will be required to deliver exceptional service to clients in property sales/leasing, handle inquiries promptly, assist in database management, task monitoring, and property listings. Prepare submissions, maintain sales/rental evidence, and meet targets.
Requirements include: Real Estate License, Police Check, valid Victorian driver’s license, reliable vehicle, impeccable presentation, self-motivation, admin skills, sales experience, and excellent communication. Embrace teamwork and focus on customer satisfaction.
Ideal role for someone with commercial sales & leasing experience but wanting a more team orientated environment or a residential sales person looking to step into the commercial field. Commercial Property Management experience will also be considered.
