As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will drive revenue growth within the territory by consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas across multiple lead sources. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing while collaborating with the channel team to secure both new and recurring revenue. By developing deep expertise in the cybersecurity landscape and SentinelOne’s portfolio, you will effectively displace competitors and deliver exceptional experiences to prospects and customers.


What Will You Do?


Primary responsibilities include:



  • Own and develop the territory — build the pipeline and close the business required to consistently meet or exceed quota.

  • Run a sophisticated, end-to-end sales process from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close.

  • Field, qualify, and close inbound enquiries sourced from marketing, channel, web, and SDR activity.

  • Partner closely with the ANZ Channel team to drive both net-new logo acquisition and recurring revenue through our partner ecosystem.

  • Become an insider in the cybersecurity industry and a trusted expert on the SentinelOne Singularity platform.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas — bring an achievement-driven, highly competitive mindset.

  • Prepare and provide accurate weekly forecasts and pipeline updates to leadership using Salesforce and Clari.

  • Create exceptional first and lasting impressions with prospects and customers through a friendly, consultative, and professional approach.

  • Stay well educated on the competitive landscape — articulate the value of SentinelOne against relevant competitors in the Next-Generation Endpoint, XDR, and Cloud Security markets.

  • Champion AI-led selling — use AI tools and SentinelOne’s AI-powered platform messaging to accelerate research, outreach, and customer conversations.


What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?


Ideal candidates will have:



  • Proven high-tech sales experience — cybersecurity strongly preferred. 

  • Demonstrated ability to prospect into and manage relationships within target organisations across a defined patch.

  • A consistent track record of driving sales growth and overachieving quota within a defined territory.

  • Motivated, focused self-starter with a strong work ethic — comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, scale-up environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills — including active listening, written communication, and public speaking/presenting.

  • A high degree of honesty, integrity, and sound judgement in customer and internal interactions.

  • Strong working knowledge of the cybersecurity space (EDR, XDR, SIEM, cloud security) is a definite advantage.

  • Genuine curiosity about AI — and how it can be applied to selling, prospecting, customer research, and the cybersecurity threat landscape.

  • Strong team-first mindset — able to collaborate effectively with SE, Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success counterparts.
