Commercial Specialist

As a pivotal role in the improvement of company performance through excellence, as the Commercial Specialist you will: 

• Be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts and assisting in any client contractual dispute resolution process as required
  


• Support business development initiatives by consulting with commercial teams to ensure contracts and tenders are well negotiated and executed ensuring profitability and compliance
  


• Provide project management and tender development support where required across the business
  


• Ensure projects are managed within the contractual terms and variations are captured and managed in line with company guidelines
  


• ​Provide broad commercial support to the business where needed
  

Requirements

• Contract administration experience in the construction industry 
  


• Proven ability to structure and develop winning strategies
  


• Ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  


• Understand and negotiate appropriate risk allocations
  


• High attention to detail, whilst taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of submissions
  


• Legal qualifications are a definite advantage
