Commercial Support Team Member - Quoting

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment? Pierce and the team are looking for a Full Time or Part Time Team Member to play a key role in supporting our Commercial Team.
Based in Belmont WA, this role is critical in delivering exceptional service to our Commercial customers and helping drive growth through efficient quoting, accurate fulfillment, and strong internal and external partnerships.
Key Responsibilities...

• Coordinate quoting and fulfilment across multiple stores, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established processes.

• Work closely with the Commercial team to maintain high execution standards in quoting, fulfilment, and customer service.

• Deliver accurate quoting and pricing support for in-store Commercial teams, Account Managers, and Key Account Managers, aligned to customer strategies.

• Support the population of tenders and price lists as required by the Commercial Manager or Account Managers.

• Use market and customer insights to understand industry-specific needs and product requirements.

• Track and manage Quote Tracker follow-ups and win rates, identifying and acting on trends to improve quoting performance.

• Support stores and Account Managers in achieving sales budgets and margin targets through strategic quoting.

• Investigate lost quotes with Account Managers to improve future quoting outcomes and customer retention.

• Engage directly with customers and attend site visits or meetings as needed to pursue and secure business opportunities.

• Develop strong partnerships with both local and multinational suppliers to support Commercial success.
