The role

Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone’s tastes.



We have multiple positions available for Commis Chefs to join Crown on a Part-Time or Full-Time basis. Experience with the below cuisines would be desirable:

• Asian Cuisine (Wok Specialists) 
• Japanese (Fine Dinning) 
• Australian Modern Cuisine

About the role

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a consistent high standard
• Assist the Senior Chefs with the daily preparation and service of food
• Follow Crowns Food & Hygiene standards at all times
• Experience working in fast paced kitchen operations

About You

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong culinary skills and passion for food
• A resilience and drive to work well in a fast-paced environment
• A positive approach to your work and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work around a 24-hour, 7-day week roster including weekends and public holidays

Qualifications

• Must hold Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery
