Communications and Engagement Lead - with Growth Opportunities

As the Communications and Engagement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our clients communication strategies. Your expertise in visual communications and team management will be crucial as you lead a small but dynamic team. You will be supported by a dedicated team member to help with substantial tasks. This role requires a creative mindset and a strategic approach to storytelling, ensuring our stakeholders are taken on a compelling journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of visually engaging communications, managing a communications team with the support of a team member for substantial tasks.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication and engagement plans that align with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with various sites to tailor communication strategies, ensuring effective delivery at the program level.
• Craft key messages for senior leaders, including Vice Presidents and C-suite executives, ensuring clarity and impact.
• Utilise your creative skills to create compelling communication artifacts that take stakeholders on a journey.
• Lead the planning and execution of communication and engagement initiatives, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is advantageous and will be beneficial in aligning communications with our technological framework.

Experience:

• Proven experience in a communications and engagement role, preferably within a corporate setting.
• Strong visual communication skills and experience managing a small team.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic communication plans.
• Excellent storytelling skills with a creative mindset.
• Experience working with senior leadership and crafting high-level messages.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is a plus.
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
