  • Work independently with strong internal support

  • Remote based - only once a month in-office with 3-4 days on the road per week

  • Responsible for Mornington & outer Eastern Melbourne Suburbs (must live locally)

Your Next Role:

If you love being out in the community more than being stuck behind a desk… keep reading.

Recognised nationally with the NDS National Disability Award for Excellence in Regional and Remote Support, our client helps thousands of people living with disability build safer, more trusted support networks.

This is a role for someone who thrives on building real relationships, the kind that actually make a difference.

You’ll be the face of this purpose-led organisation supporting people living with disability, working directly with the networks that shape better outcomes: NDIS support coordinators, schools, community groups, councils, aged care providers, TAC and DVA pathways, and more.

This is not sales-for-the-sake-of-sales.

It’s community connection with impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build strong referral networks with councils, advocacy groups, community organisations, and specialist schools

  • Attend and represent our client at events, expos and stakeholder forums

  • Identify, engage and onboard new Partners (Clients) aligned to the Direct Employ model

  • Conduct suitability assessments and support the onboarding journey end-to-end

  • Manage relationships with Partners who require additional support or re-engagement

  • Work closely with internal teams (payroll, compliance, etc.) to ensure Partners are supported

  • Use CRM systems to track engagement, referrals and outcomes

  • Promote our client’s mission and community presence through platforms like LinkedIn

Hours

  • 38 hours full time each week

  • 9-5, M-F but flexible

  • Work-life balance supported

What You Need:

  • Must live locally close to Mornington or outer Eastern Melbourne Suburbs

  • You’re a self-starter and can work autonomously

  • Some experience in NDIS, disability, aged care or community services is essential

  • Above all, you are a confident relationship builder

  • Sales backgrounds are considered but you need to demonstrate the ability to build long term, not just transactional relationships

  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
