Community Manager - Homecare

BB Recruitment is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Community Manager to lead our clients Homecare Team. We are seeking an RN or Allied Health professional who is eager to secure a permanent full-time position in the unique Southwest region of Western Australia. Role Overview:

In this leadership position, you will manage teams delivering care and services to their Home Care Package Clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing clinical care and package management, and supervising a multidisciplinary team to support clients in maintaining their independence at home and in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translating organisational strategies into operational objectives.
• Coaching and positively influencing a capable team of health professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare providers and community organisations
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high quality service delivering client satisfaction
• Budget Management experience

To Be Successful in This Role:

• Current AHPRA registration. Registered Nurse or an Allied Health
• Previous experience in aged care or a related field is essential.
• A sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills 
• Strong problem solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience leading a team
