Join the City of Stirling as our Community Safety Manager to deliver visible and responsive Community Safety services and a safer City for our community.
This is a leadership opportunity to lead a frontline Community Safety operations team, including Ranger and a 24/7 Community Patrol Service, with a focus on driving a contemporary, intelligence-led approach to service delivery. In this role, you will influence how the City responds to community needs, build strong partnerships across the organisation and with external agencies, and lead a capable team committed to making a real difference every day.

Salary: Level 9A – from $149k

You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, making sound decisions, and leading teams that deliver visible and valued services to the community.

Post Graduate qualifications in business or leadership management, or substantive equivalent work experience and tertiary qualifications is essential.
