Integr8te supports participants to achieve their goals through Empowerment , Integration, Capacity within the Community and Learning to Live " 

Integr8te Staff facilitate supports to engage Participants to reach their full potential within their home or community.

Qualifications & experience

• SIL, ILO, Community Social and Recreational Activities.
•  Experience working in SIL - ILO, rosters and NDIS reporting and  accountability.
• NDIS Worker screening check
• Police Check
• Working with Children check
• First Aid certificate
• NDIS Workers Modules
• Experience working with people with a disability
• Cert 3 in Disability 
• Experience supporting participants living in SIL or ILO to build capacity within their home and community.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide a Person Centred approach to assist participants achieve their goals and outcomes.
• Support participants engage in the community to increase social skills.
• Maintain participant records daily and accurately.
• Develop professional relationships with participant, family, carers and other supports
• Support the participant in everyday life with cleaning, washing, preparing and cooking meals, shopping for groceries and budgeting.
• Supporting participant to capacity build at home and the community.
