Full Job Description
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare Annual Taxable Payments Report
- Assist with the preparation of month-end management accounts/reporting and variance analysis reports
- Monitor Cash Balances
- Process and review monthly journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Maintain Consultant list – Project
- Maintain Daily accounts management of the company
- Liaise with External Accountant / ATO if required
- Presenting information and translating data to non-finance stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in recording project expenditure
- Partnering with Project Managers to produce project update reports
- Update and maintain the finance summaries for each project
- Assisting project managers with the administration as required on a project-by-project
- basis including an awareness of any financial accounting related clauses
- Assisting with general administration with general operational tasks
- Communications and correspondence with clients, contractors, consultants, and others for Accounts/Administration
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Xero experience is essential.
